1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We are happy to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across India!

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Free Delivery (No hidden or extra COD fees)

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National/Public holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during major festival seasons like Diwali or Eid), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Estimates

We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax to ensure your products reach you safely.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days.

  • Please Note: Remote areas (North-East India, J&K, rural regions) might take an additional 2-3 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure smooth delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders go through a mandatory verification process. Once you place a COD order, you will receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message or a verification call from our team. Your order will only be processed after successful verification.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on our  page.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items (7-Day Policy)

If you receive your order and it is damaged, defective, or a wrong item has been delivered, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return/replacement window.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Requirement: Please record a clear unboxing video and share photographs of the product and packaging with our support team to claim a quick free replacement or refund.
